90-Day Trial Guarantee
You can try your TrueGrounding™ product for up to 90 days.
Not satisfied? Return it in clean, resellable condition within 90 days for a full refund.
Items showing heavy wear, stains, odors, washing, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted.
This ensures every customer receives fresh, hygienic products.
Defect Coverage
We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective, you’re covered.
Report defects within 14 days of delivery with photo/video proof.
Verified manufacturer defects will be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
Damage from misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Return Eligibility Checklist
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
Returned within 90 days of delivery
In resellable condition (clean, undamaged, no stains, odors, or excessive wear)
In original packaging with all accessories and labels included
How to Start a Return
Email our support team at support@truegrounding.co with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product.
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization with instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
After inspection, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refund Options
Full Refund: For products returned in resellable condition.
Partial Refund / Store Credit: At our discretion, for products with minor use but still functional.
No Refund: For products returned in poor condition or outside the return window.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
We understand that mistakes happen and you may want to cancel an order.
Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
Cancellations are not guaranteed, as orders may already be in processing or shipped during this time.
If your order has already entered fulfillment or been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, you may return the item under our standard 90-Day Trial Guarantee once it arrives.
General Shipping Information:
Buyers are responsible for paying customs duties and any applicable taxes.
To return your product, please mail it to our warehouse (contact customer service at support@truegrounding.co for the address).
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return shipment.
